Welcome to Kritools. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at kritools.in and all associated tools, features, and content (collectively, the "Service"). 1. Description of Service

Kritools provides free, browser-based utility tools — including image conversion, text utilities, developer helpers, and productivity tools. Most tools process your input entirely within your own browser using client-side JavaScript. No account, download, or payment is required to use the Service.

2. Client-Side Processing Disclaimer

Important: Because Kritools tools run in your browser, the accuracy, safety, and integrity of your input data and generated output depend on your own device, browser, and environment. We do not review, validate, or store the content you process. You are solely responsible for verifying any output before relying on it — especially for security-sensitive tasks such as password generation, cryptographic identifiers, or file conversions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Kritools only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this Service by any third party. Prohibited activities include:

Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process content you do not have the legal right to process.
Attempting to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service, including denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests.
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service for the purpose of creating a competing product.

You retain all rights to any content you process using our tools. Because processing occurs locally in your browser, we generally never receive, see, or store that content. You grant us no license to your content because we do not collect it. Output generated by a tool (converted images, formatted text, generated UUIDs, QR codes) is yours to use freely, including for commercial purposes.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
The results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
Any errors in the Service will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kritools and its operator, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
